Returns
If an item received is not what you thought it would be your never out of luck! Items may be returned for a full refund to our Canadian office within 15 days of receipt. For prompt service please utilize the "Returns Form" found at http://www.fleetwooddp.com/returns (a free account is required)
Warranty
Returns may be requested up to 15 days after receiving the item should the item not be suitable or to your satisfaction. All items must be returned, prepaid, in like new condition complete with all accessories, packaging and unmarked manuals. After 15 days Items will be guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase against manufactures defects. Returns and warranties will not be honored if the product has been misused, abused, or physically broken. Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault of the item. All requests are subject to visual inspection. Should the exact product not be available one of like kind will be substituted. In the event a direct substitute is not available alternate resolutions will be provided. Please use the "Returns Form" found at http://www.fleetwooddp.com/returns to request a warranty claim.
Pricing
Our prices are low because our overhead is almost nil. You are not paying for a fancy store, hard sell sales people, or expensive advertising. We pass along the savings to you!. All items are shipped from our distribution center in Canada direct to you. We do not pay for additional storage or additional shipping. We ship it once, to you. Please note all prices are in CAD (Canadian Dollars)

Fleetwood Digital Products takes fraud very seriously and all orders are subject to security clearance, another way we keep our prices low! For this reason your item may not ship the day you order it, but rest assured, we are doing this for the protection of you, the online shopper.
Shipping
All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian holidays. Typical processing time is 24 Hrs, after that your order will be placed into shipping. All items are shipped via Canada Post to most destinations. Local pick-up is also available. At the checkout simply select walk-in as your shipping method. If you will be paying via cash please select cheque/money order as your method of payment.

While many have never had a problem a percentage of users have experienced difficulties with their devices when stored or used in a case with a magnetic enclosure. Magnetic enclosures offer many benefits over traditional velcro and as a user only you can decide if one is right for you. Care should be taken to avoid touching the device directly with the magnet. Should your device begin acting irregular discontinue the use of such case, or try repositioning the device. Should a device become unresponsive a hard reset may remedy the situation. Availability
