Ever wonder how Fleetwood Digital Products came to be?

One day I was at a friends house. She had just purchased an iPod Touch and loved it. Thought it was the best MP3/Gaming device she had ever owned. However with her long fingernails the capacitive touch screen was a bit of an issue for her. A few weeks later she showed me a stylus she ordered from a seller on eBay. As no one in town sold them that was her only option. The stylus allowed her to navigate the touch screen with ease. No longer were her long fingernails an issue. She also showed me a leather case she purchased at the same time for $10. All the local stores wanted $30 to $40 for a similar case. Recognizing a market for the stylus I promptly imported 10 and began selling them. A week later I had to order more stock, and slowly expanded into other accessories. The rest, as they say, is history :)

The price is low, the shipping is low, but what about the quality?

Low Prices
Q. Why are the prices so low?
A. Our prices are low because we buy in bulk, direct from Hong Kong. Word of mouth advertising and social networks are used to ensure minimal is spent getting the word out. Fancy packaging is not used. This also helps to keep cost down and is our way of going green. Being an internet only store the traditional cost associated with running a physical store is not present.

Low Shipping
Q. Why is the shipping also unbelievably low?
A. The simple answer is... that is what it cost. These items are very small. Postage is typically just over a buck (for Canadian orders), and a bubble envelope is just under a buck. Add it all up and shipping and handling is $2

Low Quality?
Q. If the price is low, and the shipping is low, the quality must also be low, right?
A. Wrong! The quality of our products is on par with most other standard grade items. In fact to ensure you get a good quality product all items are visually inspected before being shipped. Products that run on power, like chargers, are also bench tested for quality control.

I live outside of Canada
Many small items, such as screen protectors, ship free to the United States. For bigger, heavier, items a per item table rate exists. Bulk, orders of 11 or more items will ship on us as a thank you for the large order. After placing items in your cart you may view the shipping cost by selecting your cart, and then clicking on "Shipping Estimate" Be sure to select your country as by default it will be on Canada.
